This package is ideal for a client who has a head start on planning and needs assistance on their dream day.  

Includes Barrett and one assistant, and the following services:

  • Coordinate final details, final walk-through at wedding venue

  • Confirm all vendor orders and quantities on rental items

  • Coordinate arrival times with vendors for wedding day

  • Assistance in creating event timeline and distribute to all necessary vendors

  • Handle final payments – including gratuities

  • Attend/conduct rehearsal (up to 1 hour)

  • Onsite coordination and management on wedding day

  • Orchestrate ceremony

  • Manage reception setup (seating cards, menus, favors, guestbook, gifts, etc.)

  • Deliver all personal items and wedding gifts the next day

  • Provide marriage license information
